killer ke70 Posted September 29, 2006 Report Posted September 29, 2006 if you move it up though, it will expose the holes underneath, then it will look super silly... its cool for somethin slapped together, it would be cooler though in my opinion if somone made up a bumper that was chrome but the same thickness of the ae71 item, so as to cover all the holes and line up with the body work, but still sit close to the car unlike the ae71 that pokes out like dogs balls Quote
love ke70 Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 why not buy the chrome ke70 bumpers? Quote
towe001 Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 If only a T-18 bumper fit. Depends on which model T-18 cause the one on the '81 model looks kinda stoopid. Sticks out to far. if you move it up though, it will expose the holes underneath, then it will look super silly... <snipe> I take it you haven't heard of a welder, hammer and dolly, body filler, primer and paint :P Its what i was wanting to do to my old T-18 after it got rearended by a sales guy for dulux paints. About the only problem i had (read - i couldn't be arsed) was pulling the dent out so i never got around to it. There's nothing like a tight-trim rearend :jamie: Quote
