Soarer rims rock, and everyone should accept that as soon as they see them. And I think the squareness of the Soarer rims would go with square headlights really well, but it's your car, and you're the only one that's got to like it. I still like my option though - square headlight grille with no lights. :P xZ10 Soarer rims do look good, but personally I prefer MA61 rims, for the extra width and dish. 1" smaller diameter, but 1" wider and deeper offset (+8) Quote

ke20power Posted October 24, 2006 Report Posted October 24, 2006 (edited) Hey guys, got myself a nice ke30 2 door not too long ago and have so far removed the engine, degreased the whole thing and engine bay ofcourse, also have replaced new clutch, hoses, oil filter and repainted a couple bits n pieces here and there removed tow bar and took a couple dents out of the bumpers and added a tacho hehe :cool: Hopefully i will have it registered within a week or so !!! Future plans are a 2tgeu that i have lined up that has Delorto carbies, forgies, and its blueprinted so hopefully that'll go in as soon as $$$ allows haha. and further down the track i'll be looking at turboing the beast :) Cheers Blake PS: for more info and pics >>> < Click Click > Edited October 24, 2006 by ke20power Quote

Jamierracing Posted November 14, 2006 Report Posted November 14, 2006 Name: Jamie Roberton Car: KE30 2 Door sedan Motor & Driveline: 3k bored 65 thou shaved block and head lightened rockers balanced everything high rev cam, 2 inch exhaust into 1 hotdog out onto the left rear wheel, borg warner diff (locked) Suspension & Brakes: standar brakes, rest springs lowered about 4.5 inch on left hand side Wheels & Tyres: Couple of different ones. 13' laser mags 5 inch wide custom corolla mags which have the centers cut out and welded onto 6 inch rim and have been given loads more offset! m&s tyres for wet cond, standard tyres for dry conditions Interior: Stripped, fiberglass seat, full Nascar rollcage that complys with ascf(australian saloon car fed.) Body: Fiberglass real quarters, sides and front gaurds. Other: 2 of those pics were after i flipped (rolled 6 times) but you can't see the full extent of the damage. Quote

I'm hoping to have the interior mostly black with small inserts of dark red. The Body will probably not change much, colour will either be gloss black or an extremely dark metalic red (depends how much of a hole will be caused in the back pocket). Body : Very good. Couple of blisters . Not mutch different than the day she was born. will probably keep her like that, with possibly a few bolt on mods witch can easily be put back to original .
