demuire Posted June 8, 2004 Report Posted June 8, 2004 So... who's going to be the piker this time? :insane: We've traditionally always had at least one, shouldn't break the tradition now should we? ;) Quote
mumblezzz Posted June 11, 2004 Author Report Posted June 11, 2004 Question??? What would be quicker and perform better? Open or Locked Diff? Quote
demuire Posted June 11, 2004 Report Posted June 11, 2004 No idea, I'm guessing you'd be able to put the power to the ground a bit better with a locker. BTW, anyone who is wanting to enter this will need 3rd party extension - sometimes called Rally extension (just go to your CTP provider and ask, usually free or sometimes like $2 a day or something) I have the sup regs and I also have the test diagrams, if I could just get around to uploading it somewhere... A lot of reversing tests this time, and a lot of slaloms. To tell you the truth the tests look really boring this time, but the spectator value should make it fun anyway... Quote
mumblezzz Posted June 11, 2004 Author Report Posted June 11, 2004 Hmm clutch isnt too healthy, i wonder if i should change it tommorow??? That would make it more fun. Quote
MD0086 Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 Its on a sunday so count me ouyt as I'm workin Quote
Teddy Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 OH YEA I'm not gona bother to compete in these events untill i have my P's - simply because of the hassle of getting some 1 else there, if it breaks, even move of a hassle... but ill come down 2 watch ! Quote
andrew Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 I just get paranoid about breaking my car when its miles away from home... *memories of blowing a headgasket at Skidpan* yeah that sucks. i dropped a diff at a kalbar burnout comp a whila ago. it was fun getting the car home! Quote
Teddy Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 it would be great to be in red_dwarfs situation. Towing car with car traler and racing car on traler on back of towin car :D :S (yeah, its a mouthfull, most likely doesnt make sence ;)) lol so if she breaks, u still get home and it doesnt cost u a towie truck fee :) Quote
