Yes, its engineered. Do you think it would be easier to replace the back end or move everything into another body?

Given that it is engineered, it would have to be re-engineered if you changed it to another body, which may end up cheaper and easier than fixing the back of that car, it looks pretty bad. I have HEAPS of parts if you need stuff.

 

Will be cheap if not free for most parts

Yep I agree with Geoff maybe cheaper to buy a new car/shell and move all the good bits over. Cutting rear quarter panels off as well as boot pans etc...and replacing them can be done but just as easy to do a new car.

yes i can do the work on it, yes id go the reshell, i think that arse end has had it but ill call you to arange to bring it in, no point stressing to much till we've got it on the hoist and had a good look

(i think i will have a 55 shell for sale soon, but rather fix yours if we can)

i've been wrong before ( but rarely admit it ) this things going to get fixed! found a guy prepaired to take on a rear end cut and shut for the right price.... anyone have a shell i can cut in half?
