7shades Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Not to gloat... but I have an industrial shed. But I will admit, this method does make it easier for mr. tow truck man to skulldrag the shell away when you're done raping it :) Quote
Des Posted December 17, 2006 Author Report Posted December 17, 2006 (edited) Bloody dickhead wreckers. I went threw it with them when i bought the car and i told them to come and get it when I'm done with it and i specificly said it wont be a rolling shell "yeah sure thats fine" well now they don't want to come and get it. 7shades Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 I've had this problem before... I had to jack the shell up and put two big koppers logs underneath it running lengthways so they could slide it on to tilt truck easier Quote
Trev Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Id come and get it in our truck but we have a beaver tail so we can't skull drag too easy. Quote

Dan Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Just call up a scrap metal place.. don't you guys have them over in QLD? In WA they just pick them up with Hiabs, chuck them on the back and give you $40 for half complete wrecks.. Hell, I gave them a wreck without any driveline, interior, roof, body panels, suspension etc and they still gave me $30 for it, and I filled it up with rubbish Quote
