Spiders? Not in my f@$king shed!!! I hate spiders.

9-5 abit crazy unless ur on the piss id prob wont day light hours :bash:

btw adam i still hav ur spring compressors and the box is still soggy

Uh, 9am - 5pm. You bloody pisshead - you're the only one that would assume Andrew meant doing an all-nighter.

I will need the spring compressors back so I can put the struts back on the KE70. Although, if the strut tops are still attached it won't be an issue. Do want them back at some point though.

does anyone know of a ke70\ae71 for sale around the darwin region for under 1200 bucks

for a mate

converted him to corollers

Speak to Adam, might be able to work something out. Dunno about price but :y:

I could sell him a very neat KE70 shell for $1,200 (it's even better than the AE71 I sold you Andrew), with AE71 crossmember. For the right price I could sell him the shell with an engine and some other bits. And for the right price I could build it for him, but for a built KE70 with 4A-GE he'd be looking at about $4,000. But it'd be a sweet little car and go like buggery. ;) Hell, I could probably sell him the KE70 rolling shell, with a 4A-GE and T50 for $2,000. Then he'd just have to put it together and get some extra bits (like carpet) and get it registered.

The shed will have lights, power, and water. I'm eyeing off some blocks in Humpty Doo for around $260,000-280,000. There are some apparently available for $240,000, which would mean I could get one, with a shed built on it for under $300,000 (I hope). I've just got to prove to the bank that I could afford around $600/week in repayments. Alley and I can afford it, or we could if we were renting space out anyway. Doing a (very) rough cost analysis, it looks like buying a shed and living in it, and selling our unit might be the best option. ;) I really wanted to hang onto that unit too.

We need to make an appointment with a financial advisor. Then we can find out how much we can actually borrow, and which is the best option for us as far as keeping our current place or selling, etc.

well thats a lot of cash grab a lone

build that shed live in it and rent the unit out + the us paying for the car spaces u'd almost probably only have to coff out 100- 200 from ur own pocket for lone repayments

The trouble is to buy a shed that we could live in would probably cost about $100,000. Plus about $280,000 to buy a block (I'm trying to over estimate a little bit). Plus $10,000 to get power and a bore setup. That's $390,000, giving us loan repayments of about $675-700 per week. If we manage to rent our current place out for at least $300/week then we will have our repayments covered so we could just afford to do it. But we need to convince a bank or finance company of this, and that's the hard part.

And we can't count the $100-200/week we'd make from renting shed space unless everyone signed a contract, which I'm not that keen to do unless it were essential.
