JiP Posted July 31, 2006 Report Posted July 31, 2006 WoW, someone has alot of time on their hands. :lock_folder: Quote
-RoBeRtO- Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 i agree its a nifty little fast car Quote
ancullen Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 That is freakin' awesome. I'm amazed the V6 would fit, but then to turbo it is just insane. A Fiat Bambino would weigh less than about 600kg, with 280kW, that's better power-to-weight than any car you can buy from a showroom in Australia. Hell, that's probably better than all but a few motorbikes! Quote
Hiro Protagonist Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 I can't remember the exact details, but I'm sure I remember seeing stuff about a 500 (another name for the Bambino) drag car with a 350 Chev V8 in it years and years ago. Now THAT thing would have gone like the clappers Quote
Teddy Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 hmmm, ill add that to my list of "i want to drive that" .. Looks intresting, would hammer :lock_folder: Quote
ancullen Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 If you're anything like me Teddy, that list must be MASSIVE!!! :lock_folder: Quote
Des Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 i could race it just to say i got beaten by it Quote
ancullen Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 Yeah, that's fun too. I raced my Mitsubishi Galant against a Lamborghini Countach once. I beat him off the line, but as soon as he realised I was trying to race him, he stomped the accelerator and absolutely flogged me. :lock_folder: Quote
Dan Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 HOW CAN U SAY MY BURNOUT WAS ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR ALL MY MATES WHERE WATCHING I absolutely laughed at that! Nice fiat too :lock_folder: Quote
ancullen Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 Yeah, that's the perfect response if you ever get charged. :lock_folder: Those Fiat 500's look so cool when lowered and fattened up. Quote
7shades Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 saw some video of a smart fortwo with a hayabusa engine it once... I'll see if I can track down a link the thing was a donut machine... Quote
st.nick Posted August 1, 2006 Author Report Posted August 1, 2006 There was a BMW Isetta with a ex-works Hayabusa engine in it... That was mad!! Quote
Dan Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 There was this Hayubusa with a Hayabusa engine in it once! Actually, there was heaps of them, and for some reason they all seem to do consistent nine to ten second passes. Shit those things are fast. Quote
