Hi,

How was your measurement taken raven for the 9mm block wall?

Did you also measure actual wall thickness? Can be done from cylinder one I polished up the side of it through the water pump hole and put a caliper on the out side of cylinder one through the hole and other side of caliper in bore to get actuall wall thickness at the front.

I think if you boring it out this will be a better measurement as you will know the wall thickness of a single cylinder better.

Also I forget the measurement was awhile since I did it.

Yeah the thickness I took was from between cylinder 3 and 4, not taking into account the water jackets.

Haha, well, for $80, I'm not complaining. It will require a little smothing out from a few dings here and there but thats nothing to worry about :)

It has a few dents and what-not, but the panel beater should be able to heat them up and pop them out
