camerondownunder88 Posted March 21, 2008 Report Posted March 21, 2008 Hi, How was your measurement taken raven for the 9mm block wall? Did you also measure actual wall thickness? Can be done from cylinder one I polished up the side of it through the water pump hole and put a caliper on the out side of cylinder one through the hole and other side of caliper in bore to get actuall wall thickness at the front. I think if you boring it out this will be a better measurement as you will know the wall thickness of a single cylinder better. Also I forget the measurement was awhile since I did it. Cameron Quote
Raven Posted March 22, 2008 Author Report Posted March 22, 2008 Yeah the thickness I took was from between cylinder 3 and 4, not taking into account the water jackets. Quote

Raven Posted April 12, 2008 Author Report Posted April 12, 2008 Haha, well, for $80, I'm not complaining. It will require a little smothing out from a few dings here and there but thats nothing to worry about :) Quote

Raven Posted April 26, 2008 Author Report Posted April 26, 2008 It has a few dents and what-not, but the panel beater should be able to heat them up and pop them out  Quote
