Can U Put A Ae71 Front On A Ke70

not sure but i think this guy has put a ae71 front on a ke70 boby just wanted to know if u can do it not sure y u would

 

i have reason to beleave the two cars are the same car and as u can see it has a k motor

yeah, the later model front came on the ke70 from like some month in 83 onwards i believe...

to change them, you have to change quarter panels and front apron aswell as the lghts and grill.....

it's a dead give away if the car still has the x badges on it

ok thanks guys i checked out a work today as i work at toyota and the front end in the secound pic came out on a ke70 from about 11/83 to about 3/84 then the ae71 was born

the ae71 may have been born around 3/84 but one of my ke70's is november 84 so nerr :hammer:

Think my KE70 is june 84.. I think they might have gone till early 85?

I kinda like the early KE70 front end. I'm not a fan of the AE71 front.

My 83 KE70 has the 84 front. I reckon it looks heaps better.

if i go rip all the above bits from an ae71 at a wrecker, will they bolt straight up to my ke70?

i thought most people perfured the early ke70 front.. thats why people brought them insted of ae71...
