Des Posted June 20, 2006 Report Posted June 20, 2006 i have a ae82 seca it had a 4a-c clunker in it now it has a 4a-fc do i need a mod plate or anything like that somefella told me cause I'm replacing a 4a motor with a 4a motor that i don't need one but this fella isnt very reputable. cheers Quote
demuire Posted June 20, 2006 Report Posted June 20, 2006 Since it is essentially the same engine (well, as far as the block goes anyway) I would suspect that you will not need a modplate, but you will definately have to go to Qld Transport to change your engine numbers over. Confirm with an engineer, or with QT. Quote
