thomo Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 thanks for the concern and input everyone, ive bitten off as much as i can handle work wise and its been playing on my mind and stopping me from slowing down enough to sleep, ive found a "happy place" its all good, 5 hours a night is plenty for me, with a sleep in catch up every 2 weeks everyone copes differently and everyone has different physical needs and all the different replys and suggestions showed that more clearly than i could ever hope to type so again thanks for letting me have my dribble, thanks for the replys (it helped) I'm good and my kitchen looks fantastic after staying up till 5.30 sunday morning plastering and painting it, :cool: practical use for not sleeping :thumbsup: Quote

Ironically, I slept for thirteen hours and was tired all the next day after posting that I would like to be tired all the time :thumbsup: serves me right, oh well it was good for me.
