Interior Light

Hey all

 

ive gone to replace the bulb in the interior light...but it still doesent work, and now the door light beside the steering wheel no longer turns on..

 

ive checked all my fuses, in both the engine bay and under the dash...is there another fuse box somewhere with the interior light fuse?

 

does anyone have a solution to my problem?

 

it would be greatly appreciated

theres a fuse box behind the drivers side kick panel

 

did u try it with all doors? maybe one of your door-is-open-sensors is shagged and u only tried that door.

Maybe the bulb in the speedo cluster telling you your door/s are open has blown??

so youre saying if i take my kickpanel off there should be a 3rd fuse box in there? ok will try that tommorow

 

i don't think the drivers door light has blown...it didnt stop working until i went to replace the interior light

ill have a look for it..

i never posted a diagram, but this one shows the interior light and shit. check all that wiring..

well as a bit of an update.. i replaced the fuse and got the light goin...all has been good

 

but now the light will only work on door mode...if i switch it to on, nothing happens?

dodgy contact in the switch probably

try some contact cleaner :thumbsup:

:thumbsup: Yes, I have a pair of denem shorts and jeans that have pockets that reach down almost to my knees. I use to wear the jeans clubbing back when i use to frequant a club that charged $5.00 for a bottle of water. I use to sneak bottles it in all the time. f@$k paying $5.00 when u can get it from work for free. Managers discount, oh yeah. :cool:
