You need 15x8 plus 20 to fit the rear, and maybe -5 for the front, or it will hit the struts.  Wider wheels have more backspace and makes it more difficult with offset.  I had 15x8 -8 on the front and it cleared by about 5 mm.  Required a bit of gaurd work front and rear.

Youd be better off with 7s, you can still fit that tyre size.  Its more important to have sticky tires than wide ones.

On my old car i had 15x7 +13ish. and i thought that was just about perfect for hard driving, never touched but still looked good. 

Also big wide wheels looks so weird on stock ride height.
