4age distributor help

hi all, so ive bought my first big port 16v 4age the other day and the new engine is running twin dellorto's dhla 40 g with a modified 4k distributor, the distributor wasnt generating any spark so I'm going down the road of putting a scorcher electronic distributor in, and i have to supply them with the drive gear for the new dizzy, so now does anybody know if all 16v dizzys use the same drive gear?

Wouldnt the 4k distributor that come with car have a big port gear on it ?

I no that they like to remove the gear them self, because they told me that people damage the gear if ruff with it.

On another note these work really well .

Question are they all the same don't no sorry.
