ke20 aust borg warner to jap diff housing swap

i have a ke20 with jap diff  i have been offered a borg warner complete rear drive brake and diff assy

what are the differences between the aust and jap housing assemblies

will the complete housings and brake assy interchange will the aussie borg warner diff housing

Originally what car was the borg warner from? Same model rolla?

Check the tail shaft bolt spacing on the diff flange, there may be a difference.  Try to get the tail shaft for the Borg warner diff as well to eliminate any issues.
