ronm Posted February 6, 2015 Report Posted February 6, 2015 Hey guys! Suddenly i noticed that my ammeter is reading +30 when running and about +10 on idle. I always see the meter at 0 so i got worried. What are the possible scenarios that caused this and should i be alarmed? I ran the car for about 20mins and its still the same. Cheers! Quote
altezzaclub Posted February 6, 2015 Report Posted February 6, 2015 Maybe the voltage regulator is not happy. If you have a multimeter just check it is charging at about 13.8volts while running above idle. It would only charge that fast if the battery was run down, normally. It could be a sign of a dying battery. Quote
