Roo's Ke20

as some of you already know that i had a ke70 with a 4agze then got a ke20 with worked 4k in it, selling my ke20 was the biggest regret i had so from that point i always wanted to get another one so now I'm back in the rolla scene with a fleet of cars.

 

so i started by finding a ke20 on gumtree, car was in pretty bad condition and missing a lot of parts. it was mid way though a ca18det conversion when i snapped it up

 

as i said she was had a ca18det and rb20 gearbox in it before i got it so was left with cut tunnel :S

first thing was to do is weld a tunnel in so after hours with the welder the whole was filled, i planed to put a 4k in so next i fitted a 4k and 5speed box. gave the engine bay a bit of matt black paint to get rid of the horrible mustard

then started on stripping her back to bare metal for the respray

and her in epoxy primer

 

and that about how she stands, got the bonnet and boot and doors in epoxy and just fixing some rust in the bonnet and boot

will hopefully get the whole car in 2k primer soon then will be getting and nice white 2k respray

 

so plans are just nice and stock 4k low on stock wheels kind want to looks like original as i got 2 over cars with some crazy plans for

Looks like a solid base, well as solid as any old corolla.

Yea it's alright my other 2 ke25 are better thread will be going up soon for them
