Met a guy with a coupe who was unable to find the side vents over the rear tires. Will go there tomorrow and try and take pics. Quote
sskoul Posted October 13, 2014 Author Report Posted October 13, 2014 Upgraded my brakes to KE30. So now have 4x114.3 PCD all round. Changed the brake booster to KE70. Huge improvement in brakes from stock. This is one mod that I highly recommend to all stock KE20 owners. Brake needs a day or two to get used to, after that it's all fun. Cost of upgrades: $115 Quote
sskoul Posted November 30, 2014 Author Report Posted November 30, 2014 Swapped my 3k and K40 gearbox with a 4K and K50. Put in a new head gasket while we were at it. Out In Not a very big change in power but reving is smoother and engine vibrations are down to minimum, and less problems with cold starts. Quote
altezzaclub Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 That's a nice change. Now you have a 3K head lying around to modify before you fit it on the 4K block to make it all faster! The K50 is that little bit better out on the highways. Quote
