Ke20 Questions

Hey guys just brought a ke20 and wana put some bigger rims on her.

I believe its standard stud pattern atm not ke30.

Is there any other steel rims that are bigger then 13s??

You could look for some 14" steelies off a Mazda 626 etc. don't think you'll really find any 15's in 4x110.

Ahhh yes right you are! Pretty sure they're on the e series vans that have dual 12's on the back.

Brought some 14inchs gonna put them on this weekend. Want to paint them first I dono white or black whats ur guys opinion

...actually it depends if you're going to keep the hubcaps really. I don't go for the whole black rim & black tyre thing, you don't see anything of the wheels at all. makes the whole car look strange.

 

Keeping the slver hubcaps looks fine against black rims, we run plain Toyota steelies painted silver and they look great.

 

I'm fitting gold-painted mags with the edge and fins cleaned back to alloy on my gold car, I reckon body colour can look superb.

Altezza you're right that black wheels and tyres with no hubcaps makes the car look odd, though I think body colour on your wheels can be too much.

 

If you're using hubcaps, paint them black. If you're not using hubcaps paint them silver/gunmetal...

I have to wait till I pick up the 14s and see if my center caps will fit. If they fit ill be putting them on for sure I seen this and I think it looks very tidy
