Low Profile 13's/14's" ?

Hey guys, unsure if this is the correct section for this topic, looking to buy 13" low profiles or 14" ? I tried googling and searching on the forum, any help will be appreciated thanks

How low, how wide?

if either 13's or 14's go for a 60 profile IMO maybe 55's on a 14 if its a e10 or e20 chassis

Looking to go on a 7" rim, looking for a better look than light truck tires, and they arent really wide enough to stretch to get the same look, would 60's look good on a ke70 ?

I had 175/50's on my 7" 13's. can't remember the brand but they may have been to suit Smart cars.

i use a 195/45/14 Its the lowest profile i can get if i want a wider tyre i have to use a 50 profile
