B.L.Z.BUB Posted February 23, 2014 Report Posted February 23, 2014 4AGE, hands down. Apart from the wiring its entirely bolt in. Quote
the rolla Posted February 24, 2014 Author Report Posted February 24, 2014 What about tail sharft and engine mounts do you have to change any of that Quote
rian Posted February 24, 2014 Report Posted February 24, 2014 (edited) Yes. You have to change a lot of parts, but most of them will bolt in. Things you have to change: - engine - engine mounts - engine crossmember - gearbox - gearbox crossmember - gearbox sandwich plate - gearbox to engine stays - tailshaft - pedal box - exhaust - fuel system Things you don't have to change: - differential - brakes - suspension Things you should change: - differential - brakes - suspension Edited February 24, 2014 by rian 1 Quote
B.L.Z.BUB Posted February 24, 2014 Report Posted February 24, 2014 When I say bolt in I mean you can get all the existing parts off other cars to bolt it in. You don't need to get anything custom made. The only real custom thing to do it to drill and mount the clutch master. And wiring. Quote

Most of your questions will be answered simply by doing that. Especially this one: http://www.rollaclub.com/board/topic/5644-4age-into-ke70-ae71-conversion-the-step-by-step-noob-guide/ Quote
