Hey guys i have tried and tried looking on google and multiple sites to find out a finished build thread for a 3TGTE motor as i am looking at buying one to build. If someone could point me somewhere to show me this or even on here for the pro's and con's of this engine and what i could do to it to make power. like what piston i could use, rods, ecu, turbo, injectors, etc etc would be great. cheers

Ive built a few 3tgte,s for the rally car Chris.

They are a tough but rare engine. But performance parts are still out there.

The hardest bits to find are pistons as they are quite different from standard 2tg and 3t motors.

I still have 2 3tgte motors here and a few parts.

There is a 3tgte thread on toymods or Iam happy to answer any questions if I can help.

 

An easier motor to work with would be a turboed 3s beams.
