low flying aircraft Posted November 16, 2013 Report Posted November 16, 2013 Hi Guys My car is a JDM AE 101 FX this car has been a project build for a few years and after reading snapz build I decided to post mine to also help others along. At present it sits a pile of parts waiting to be assembled but being unemployed at present the car is taking the back seat. Engine is an AE 101 4A GZE hybrid crank is from an AE 101 4A FE Here is the list of parts and what has been done so far Head has been port and polished and matched flowed, low friction valve guides have been added and also 1mm over stainless steel oversized valves. Cams will be Colt cams tri flow cam shaft OEM valve springs and HKS retainers Block is awaiting to be bored to fit 82.5mm 10.5:1 static CR CP pistons Rods are Belfab racing custom H beam rods 20mm small end 40mm big end Crank has been knife edge and blanced ARP head and main stud kit have also been added List of other goodies: Vernier cam gears Aquamist water injection NOS kit for cryogenic FMIC cooling B18 twin scroll manifold with GT4292 Godspeed twin scroll turbo Madza Axia electric power steering pump Megasquirt DIYPNP ecu with electronic boost controller Precision turbo 880cc injectors Trd front and rear anti roll bars Wilwood Superlite Calipers Ksport Kontrol pro coilovers I may have forget a few other goodies but will post them later Quote

low flying aircraft Posted November 16, 2013 Author Report Posted November 16, 2013 There is an electrical circuit built on to my steering rack so it will check that to see if i can use that to engage the pump if not it will energize it so it will be constantly engaged from idle Quote

Should be getting my head back from the machinist on Tuesday will post some pics. The head has been port matched and polished 1mm oversize valves with a 5 angle cut and bronze valve guides. Quote

What has been done Pistons and Rods have been connected Fuel Pump assembled Crank has been installed and just needs to be torqued Work has been slow but steady Quote
