Y Series Engine Same Bolt Patern Than K Series?

Hi everybody,

I am looking for new engines for my KE70 in my country and I found one use in Forklifts, that is a 2Y engine.

Could someone tell me if this engine has the same bolt pattern in the gear box face than the 4K?

It can be installed in my car?
