Is there a thread someone could link me too where someone has had the same problem and made a peice up ? Thankyou Quote
luk3333 Posted August 6, 2013 Report Posted August 6, 2013 I think you can bolt the throttle wheel from the aisan onto the weber, but you might want to check that... Quote
Clapped out Posted August 6, 2013 Report Posted August 6, 2013 That throttle bracket looks like it may bolt to the top of the rocker cover, and the swivel adjustment to get the angle right. Looks like a little trial and error, cheers! Quote
Rexrolla Posted August 7, 2013 Author Report Posted August 7, 2013 Not too sure. Will have a muck around. Does anyone actually know? Quote
bruce Posted August 7, 2013 Report Posted August 7, 2013 You can try and use the throttle lever off an Aisan carburetor. This is how I setup the accelerator cable for the Weber on my 3TC: The lever was from a T18 Aisan carburetor, but you could use one from a K engine. Quote
indelible Posted August 10, 2013 Report Posted August 10, 2013 (edited) that gold bracket goes under the nut on the mounting stud on top of the carby base in the corner with the small notched part down to stop it rotating then throttle cable connects to slotted end hope that helps its hard to explain and can't find any pics on the net for you Edited August 10, 2013 by indelible Quote
