T4R4S Posted August 25, 2013 Author Report Posted August 25, 2013 Thought I would post an update, have stripped the second corolla except diff and engine ( have so many spare parts now), took the k50 out to replace the k40 inthe blue one so its not revving off tits :) am planning 4age 20v with a w55 box, s13 front end, hilux LSD diff (after all the bodywork) Quote

B.L.Z.BUB Posted August 25, 2013 Report Posted August 25, 2013 Ah I'm getting threads messed up. Stick the S13 IRS in there too. There was a guy selling a keto with S13 front end and rear IRS cradle with CA18DET for cheap as chips not long ago. Like 2 grand. Would have been a good donor car. Quote
T4R4S Posted August 26, 2013 Author Report Posted August 26, 2013 Yeah, I'm not 100% on the s13 front running gear, I'm guessing that the ca18 would be easier because of the x-member, right? I do like them but I I'm leaning towards the 20v, what's your opinion on the 4age b.l? Quote
It's_AUDM_Yo Posted August 26, 2013 Report Posted August 26, 2013 4AGE's make very cool noises but not power. Â I'm assuming this is gunna be a drift car? So its purely personal preference. A 70 with a 20v has plenty of power to slide just requires more driver input. Quote
