Hey guys. I'm hearing abit about these xt130 control arms that put camber into your front wheels. Is that just for the ke70's or does it work on a ke30 aswell?

Some blokes use Sigma lower control arms.

 

Some allege there is work to be done to sort out ball joint compatibility. Some bolt them straight in despite differing tapers or something.

You poor P platers get such a raw deal with mod plates!

 

What do you want camber for anyway? looks? or you trying to tune the suspension/tyres ? if so what else have you done with the suspension?

Nah more just looks. But more worried about the auto to manual conversion.

In the '55 you'll have to make a gearbox x-member. To make the swap go a little easier is use the g'box from a ke70 AND make sure you also grab its x-member.

Have a search, there should be a few more on the ke55 auto to manual problems and difficulties.

sigma arms + xt130 struts = 1.5 neg camber. + camber tops = 3.5

Need to use the ke70 struts with the camber tops.

Do they fit straight in?

Urm, sigma arms - no

ke70 struts - yes. Pull out the old ke55 struts and slide in the ke70 struts
