Please Identify This Random Piece Of Metal That Fell Of My 4Agze

Can anyone possibly identify this random chunk of metal which fell from my 4AGZE??

Looks like a heat-shield of some sort.

yeah id go with some sort of exhaust heatsheild.

Its in an AE102 corolla seca.

 

So its probably pure coincidence that it went into limp mode about a half hour before this fell off :/

Unless it took a sensor with it?

 

check for any error codes to see what sensor is throwing up a code.

Doesn't look like a standard AE10x exhaust heat shield

From the way it kicks up at one end has me thinking it may be a cover from the chassis? Possibly a fuel line or brake line cover?

Is it a piece of heat shielding that may bolt near cat converter or somewhere above the exhaust somewhere?
