Ke70 Gage Cluster Swap ?

Hi I just recently bought a 1982 ke70 swapped with a 5 speed 20r out of a toyota corona but the speedometer no longer works and I have no tac due to the car previously being auto and the temp gage doesn't work only the gas gage works so I was wondering what dash could I swap in with a tac and a higher top speed ?

Considered putting in an aftermarket setup? Can make it look reasonably stock with nice mounting in a plastic panel, especially if you want one with a higher top speed.
