Changing Grills In Ke30

Hi guys,

 

Sorry about this newbie question but I'm just wondering is it possible to fit the grill of an earlier model Ke30 (74,75) into a later model (78,80).

Also can a Ke55 1980 model be made to look exactly like a ke30 ?

Yes if the 55 has round headlight's it a simple swap and change,
