born_rolla Posted October 24, 2006 Report Posted October 24, 2006 the weird looking paint film would be from the paint not being applyed properly from memery you told me this was going to be 1k acrylic ? if your mate only ever painted 2k paint its a fair bit diferent then painting acrylic only good thing is with acrylic u can blast it on and not realy worry even if u get a run u can still get it out with out a worry and u can get the paint flat as when u buff it back. looks to have come out really well why didnt u fix the dent in the midle of the passenger door? Valandor Posted October 25, 2006 Author Report Posted October 25, 2006 i didnt even notice it till it was too late.:) but I'm still happy with it. and this paint job is straight of the gun with enamel. Quote

Paul Posted November 14, 2006 Report Posted November 14, 2006 That's cool, how did your car get the name sharki? My cars name is Frilzy, because it had no name (ie: no frills) when one of my mates hopped in, and it's stuck since then. Quote
