nerfbat Posted November 22, 2012 Author Report Posted November 22, 2012 didnt want to push it mate, letting them bed in ,but it feels like there is more to the brakes, if that makes sense? will give it a run down the range over the next day or so and test it a bit there is little body roll now tho..! towe001 Posted November 22, 2012 Report Posted November 22, 2012 What'd you do ? Drop me off and shoot off home :P looks like rears are same diameter, but are thicker, and slotted or vented, W/E its called Vented, is the word your after. Slotted is on the braking surface of the rotors. Hows the brake pedal travel feel with the quad pot calipers ? I'm wondering if the master cylinder would be able to cope with them. Â Whats the front sway bar on the impreza like ? If its thicker i'd be inclined to swap it over as well. With that thick rear bar you'll be introducing oversteer, possibly even "lift-off" oversteer. Â Nolathane ? http://www.superpro.com.au/ http://www.nolathane.com.au Quote
nerfbat Posted November 22, 2012 Author Report Posted November 22, 2012 thanks mate. and yeah all nolathane eventually. jsut can't afford to spend money on her for a while. just swapping bits from the impreza isnt costing me anything :-) will test drive her a bit over the weekend. and mos def I'll look at the front swaybar comparison too Quote
towe001 Posted November 22, 2012 Report Posted November 22, 2012 I wouldn't go full nolathane, gotta keep some give in the joints, you'll notice it on the streets Quote

orangeLJ Posted November 28, 2012 Report Posted November 28, 2012 If the total area of the pistons in the calipers is not any greater than that of the old ones, the master/booster will be fine. Quote
