Mickey_Gee Posted October 28, 2012 Report Posted October 28, 2012 Hi all Bolted the silver top 20v to the T50 gearbox today. I used the FWD flywheel (AE101 or ae111) and it seems that the flywheel isn't thick enough. what have I done wrong or is there any adjustment with the clutch fork? Regards Mick G Quote
LittleRedSpirit Posted October 28, 2012 Report Posted October 28, 2012 You should just use the flywheel and clutch that comes with the 20v as it seems you have done. Then use the t50 throwout bearing and don't forget to install a spigot bearing into the crank or it wont locate the input shaft properly and fail. Perhaps you have not got the bearing in there? Or the wrong fork or slave? Quote
