What's Needed To Convert To 5 Speed?

Hi guys, recently bought an unfinished project ke55 that has a 4k and 5 speed in it, but has nothing connected, and was originally a 4 speed.

I'm just wondering what is interchangeable from the 4-5 speeds and what is different.

 

So would the clutch/pressure plate/flywheel be the same?

Crossmember?

Tail shaft?

Clutch cable?

Speedo gear?

Reverse light wiring?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it was originally a 4 speed its exactly the same just with an extra gear. Everything will just bolt in/on.
