Cybernetic Posted October 19, 2012 Report Posted October 19, 2012 Hey guys, I've been meaning to join a car club for a while since buying a 100% stock AE112R Corolla. After 2 years and spending over $5k in modifications, I thought I would use this as an opportunity to show off what I have done. My name is Adem and here is my ride :D BEFORE: AFTER: Quote
Cybernetic Posted October 19, 2012 Author Report Posted October 19, 2012 My inspiration was this: http://www.gulfgt.com/forum/showthread.php?3794-Souped-Up-Toyota-Corolla Quote
B.L.Z.BUB Posted October 19, 2012 Report Posted October 19, 2012 Wow, that looks really nice. Nice bodykit fitment, great wheels choice. Kudos. Quote
Cybernetic Posted October 19, 2012 Author Report Posted October 19, 2012 Cheers bro. Unfortunately due to the kit, couldn't lower the car LOL Quote
B.L.Z.BUB Posted October 19, 2012 Report Posted October 19, 2012 It still looks low with the kit but probably still rides nice and comfortable I'm guessing. Any future plans? Engine upgrades? Quote
Cybernetic Posted October 20, 2012 Author Report Posted October 20, 2012 I still need to change the exhaust, the stock one is like a pea shooter. I'm actually looking for official assessories for the car and looking for sportivo parts, having a hard time finding it. Quote
azza91 Posted October 20, 2012 Report Posted October 20, 2012 I'm an anti bodykit person but that looks tops bloke. kudos to you Quote
Cybernetic Posted October 20, 2012 Author Report Posted October 20, 2012 Cheers man, I have a fair bit of work still. So far mostly cosmetic changes and upgrades to sound system but will plan to upgrade some mechnical stuff sooner or later. I am really looking for official accessories for this model, any suggestions? Toyota discontinued these ages ago and ebay is no help. Quote
Hiro Protagonist Posted October 20, 2012 Report Posted October 20, 2012 Genuine Sportivo stuff is hard to come by because it was such a limited edition model, not too many of them get wrecked/downgraded and all of the existing stock has already been bought by people upgrading their 112s to the Sportivo body kit. Cybernetic Posted October 21, 2012 Author Report Posted October 21, 2012 Exactly, this is my current dilemma haha. Quote
simon_w8 Posted November 16, 2012 Report Posted November 16, 2012 verh nice. bodykit looks like it belongs there not just slapped on as an afterthought. i had the same trouble trying to source sportivo parts, managed to get the front lip spoiler but can't find the spoiler risers anywhere. p.s. where'd you get the eyelids? buy them or custom job?
