Chrome Bumpers For Ke70

hey guys i was wondering if anybody on here knew if you can get chrome bumpers for a ke70 corolla cause I'm painting mine soon and reckon chrome pumpers would look mad cheers by the way hope this is the rite place to ask this question

yup, you can get chrome bumpers, i have a set on my wagon, they are very common over here, and look much better than the ugly plastic ones.

Why would you go to the bother of finding them. I reckon that the plastic wons look way better. As crome does not suit the age of the car. Perhaps if it was a ke30 or so.

twin headlight ke70's had the chrome bumpers didnt they?

if your going chrome bumpers, go the twinheadlight aswell, so so worth the hassle :P

some wreckers every so often pick have a twin headlight ke70 if not i think they were common in the land of the long white cloud. teddy picked one up sometime i think, maybe try askin him, if not yeah an importerer. sorry i can't be more specific, theyre rare as hens teeth in oz but a bit more common in kiwi land i think.

if you had a search around these forums i believe teddy mentions where he got his from and there are pics and talk about the conversion.

that has alot of info on the conversion, but its 3 yrs old so i doubt the sale capacity is still available

I'm sure you would have found that by now if u searched but just chucked it up anyway. i searched "twin headlight front" or something like that

which he kindly said i could put up as he doesnt have the funds for it at the moment. these look much better than painted plastic ones, and is what comes on the round headlight models, very sexy indeed :P

sorry man-- that link shows a chrome bumper for a 82-84 nz ke70 which has large flush h/lights not the "oo" or single square models. be careful you don't buy the wrong one.

thats one of the dx headlights he's selling, i assumed it was the same as a late model corolla one. my apologies for mis-leading anyone.

and your saying that bar is different to the twin headlight one?

sorry, i thought they looked just the same.

looks are decieving tho, and I'm pretty sure you know better than me trd :P
