JDMJared Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 Yeah man the Hr31 in my pic, semi-trailing single wishbone IRS just like the 1600, they get very similar ammounts of camber. Was proper low too, had -4deg easy. In my experience a couple of degrees too much camber is better than none at all. But I guess if Ben were to go through the huge pain in the arse involved in fitting IRS to a leaf sprung corolla he might as well go all out and put the latest greatest multi-link under her. Quote

Yes, and unless something like an MX5 fits, or a small Jap saloon 4WD system, the answer will be to pick a diff and fabricate everything around it Small car IRS for RWD is pretty unusual these days. Maybe one of the kit-car manufacturers who make copies of the Lotus 7... Quote
