hey guys, I'm looking for a engine rebuilders in QLD

 

I'm rebuilding my 4agze and I'm at the stage where i need to get it honed and skimmed. i wana go all out so I'm also thinking an acid dip aswell and maybe valve grind

 

so what I'm looking for is where you have been, what it cost? and did they do a good job.

 

I'm looking to do it on a budget but i know what u pay for is what you get.

 

if you or one of your friends owns these facilities i am a manager at a tyre shop and could possibly do you the best deal of your life on a set of boots for a discounted rate on services

Qld is a big place. Harpers in wynnum have always done work for me, pick up a phone for costs;)

Take out all the blanks in the oilways of the block and the crank, get it dipped, then buy some long test-tube or rifle cleaning brushes that you can push up and down the oilways with solvent until no dirt comes out. If you're going to give the motor a hard time you need the oilways as clear as possible & there will be sludge in there like cholesterol in the fat ladies arteries!

Hi Luke acers at ormeau are awesome to deal with and have really competitive prices. I'm getting my 3k hot tanked and re bored at the moment. So how about some cheap 195/45/14's ;)
