The law says you can increase total track by up to 26mm. That means you can run 13mm less offset than factory wheels.

ie factory offset - 13 = allowable offset.

If factory offset is +5,

5-13= -8mm

So your max would be neg 8.

Stock steelies I'm pretty sure are 13x4.5" with a offset of +32mm.

the 13" XX mags are 13 x 5 +27

So technically the largest you can go on a KE70 is 6" +14

wont fill stock gaurds would it?

Not quite but will look much better than stock and allow you to use fairly wide tyres.

Around 7" 0 offset is about as wide as you can go before you will need to do guard work, assuming your car is lowered.

yea well I'm returning gaurds back to stock(new front guards, rears will be found of a wrecked wagon cut and welded). I'm then thinking about getting tallys advan A3A's and then ill run my federal 595's which are 195/55's. I'm hoping i can pull it off and make it look kinda cool still.

Negatory. Mine are 16X7+15 and they scrub ever so slightly. Rolling the guards should make them fit but they might need a slight flare on the fronts.
