How To Build A 7Age?

hi all, been reading up on a few 7age conversion and I'm pretty keen to give it ago. few things i wanna know 1st.

read alot of 20v 4age being used, is it worth doing a bigport 16v and i have one in my rolla atm.

also everyone i have read also lists a efi system are there any know problems with going twin webbers as I'm over the efi issues and feel more compfortable going back to carbs?

also has anyone put one on a dyno, i would like to compare the 4age with the 7age.
