Super Jamie Posted March 28, 2004 Report Posted March 28, 2004 try and find videos of the HB cosmo registered in wa with the plate 3ROTOR. i have it on a vcd, the guy complains he can't use full throttle until third gear. he does one takeoff and just keeps on the brakes, it fogs up better than almost any car i've seen. this includes national meets at willowbank Quote
Super Jamie Posted March 28, 2004 Report Posted March 28, 2004 hey fookie, whats that video you have of the crazy little british car with the engine in the front and the engine in the back? Quote

Super Jamie Posted March 28, 2004 Report Posted March 28, 2004 yes i found it shortly after posting that. how cool is it :P Quote
Medicine_Man Posted March 28, 2004 Report Posted March 28, 2004 The guys that put it together were mechanical geniuses, damn it would be fun to just drive the car sideways :P Quote
Super Jamie Posted March 30, 2004 Report Posted March 30, 2004 not really, its quite simple when you think about it, just drop a fwd front subframe in the back. the rest is all metalworking skills, which is where the real skill is Quote
irokin Posted March 30, 2004 Report Posted March 30, 2004 Yea...I saw one of those junkyard war things on discovery channel. They had to build a 4wd twin motor off road car to compete around this track. Most of the teams just cut the arse out brought the front of another car in, cut it off at the firewall and welded it all together.... worked surprisingly well and if they didnt have time constraints these things would have been quite awesome but they had to cut corners etc. Quote
