Hey Steve, welcome to the club!

I can't believe the awesome plates on your car :y:

EDIT: haha just realised you'd blacked them out... i'm referring to a picture Johno posted in his rides thread...

That was me that blacked em out  Lol! The last letter was K and the first number was 7 so i just blocked out the first and last two characters...he he!

Guess its time i introduce myself considering i pulled the trigger and got myself overrated condish rolla.

I'm Pete Taylors lake area.

from what i understand from the owner and this forum its a 1981 Toyota Corolla CS KE55 (feel free to prove me wrong)

Everything is stock and was a one lady owner who bought it back in the day and only used it to drive from noble park to noble park shopping center and had only clocked 74 000km so pretty much when i go pick it up from Pakenham and drive it to Taylors lake it'll most probably the longest road trip this baby has gone on.

I will be picking up Romero Rodrigo Radkid on wednesday (pictures are from the seller as i haven't picked it up yet)

i have plans to install a sound system in it with the help of my girlfriends brother because it still has the stock speakers in them which you can imagine arnt very lively tho i know fairly diddly squat about cars so anyone in the area who could help would be rad also, lurking the threads about installing front speakers made me go dizzy just thinking about doing it myself to be honest.

anyway, hey guys :y:

Hi all,

I'm Shel, and currently duel-existing in Frankston and South Melbourne depending on the day of the week.

I'm currently looking out for my future rolla and doing some research on here.

Ideally I'd love to get hold of a ke55 2 door coupe, and eventually convert it to a 13B either turbo or bridgey

Any way, great forum, really useful!

Cheers,

Shel

Welcome to the club Shel. I hope you enjoy the forum. Good luck with the search. Pozman & kangaroosa will be a great help as they have information on both pieces of the combination you're thinking about
