Ra28 Celica Hillclimb Special

Picked up the ra40 donor car today so hopeully she should move under her own power by the end of the month :)

Made some progress woth the celica over the weekend, made a hybrid manual pedal box using pedals and mounts off the ra40 and welding them to the ra29 auto pedal box. Also fitted the ra40 booster and mater cylinder. Wil be getting bushes thru the week and fit new sway bars shocks and springs

Looks like alot of fun! There is a guy here in Brissy that has alot of celica parts, celica spares I think? Some people have had bad dealings with him I haven't but he sells alot of his stuff on gumtree.

if its sleeka spares iv delt with them and wont ever again the extractors they sold me were rooted...posibly getting a cam and side draft sorted then attend to the body work and race time!

the dude who runs celica spares in queensland is a complete scammer. gordon is well known in celica circles for selling sh*t to interstate people. You only get what you pay for if you actually rock up on his door step.

 

sleekaspares in south australia are awesome and i have found them to be exceptional for buying bits for my ra23
