Another Ke20 Question

Does anyone know where the door open lights in ke20 :elvis: :elvis:

my room lamp on the rear view mirror only have one supply (just on and off) :scarymovie:

i can't find any door position in it............. so where is it

help me please

It may not have one. I know my ke11 didn't.

i havent had a close look at a corolla interior light, but most of the ones ive seen have constant 12v.

 

the earth when the switch is in the door postition goes to the little earth switches you have in the photos.

 

when the switch is in the constant on position, there is a circuit that goes to the mounting screws that earths on the body, hence no extra wiring for this position.

ok but my problem is, there is no door position in the assembly :hammer:

 

it only have one position............ it is only to switch on the room lamp

 

so :wtf: this door switches for???????????????????

One position on the switch is for constant light on, the other position is for door switch when door is open .
