jackolla melb vic .....hello to all ke70 people first time back since april , i've got the cylinder- head off my ke70 and would like to know if it is nessasary to replace the head-bolts befor putting it all back together, i've heard of people putting all new head-bolts back on but if it's not absolutely nessasary, why do it . my ke70 is a 1984 model stanard 4kc 1.3lt engin done275000 km.thanks. :clover:.

if theres any sign of pitting/look burnt/threads damage replace em with a good 2nd handy

THANK YOU EVAN G for answering my question regarding the replacement of headbolts , very good advice, while taking a closer look i noticed some damage which looks like heat damage ", it's funny how we don't see things until someone has said have a look . regards jackolla . = john .
