Sits higher than I thought it would. Rear wheels are slightly taller than the front. Will see how it looks with the small back wheels on it, or swap back to trd springs.

Today I fitted some bargain basement gauges and ignition panel (not wired yet). Shouldn't have bothered with such cheap gauges - had to get adapters made to fit the senders, then the temp sender crumbled when I did up the nut holding the wire. Cheap cast crap. Hooked it up to factory sender but it goes out of range. At least the wiring is there now, but will need a new gauge.

Yeah I reckon my stock sprinter springs are lower than that. Haven't quite worked out how low stock KE70's are yet. Slowly getting the car back together, so I might take some pics when it moves. :)

Volvo 740 front bumper endoskeleton fitted. Thick alloy box section with shock absorbers to mount it to the chassis. The car will simply cut through the smaller trees now and have more chance of bouncing off the larger ones.

The beautiful part is how well the volvo mounts line up with the KE rails.

As in... Perfectly. Exactly the same.

Not even a "Just give that bit a flogging with a hammer and it'll line up"

Just taaaaap it in. Tap tap tappy. The ol' tapperoo.
