hey there , i wasnt going to put nanas ke on here until i had some real progress but couldnt help myself . i picked her up about a month ago after i done a door knock mission and stole it for 6 hundy off a girl whos nana owned it from new and she drove it down from adelaide when her nana passed (r.i.p nana ill look after your ke) , it didnt run as she said needed new dizzy so i wound down the window and pushed it 2 blocks to gt her home ,straight away reminded me of the old days hahahahha and it was light as shit too .

got her goin after some head scratching and swearing and ended up just been that dizzy had moved and timing was up da shit and sheer luck i got it going and drove it in da shed and thought about what i was going to do with it .

4age popped str8 into my head and as it had come from adelaide and was gonna need to go over pits anyways i decided it was time to strip it and then worry bout the rest later and just slowly put her back together bit by bit and when the wife would give me money to spend on nanas ke ,anyways heres some pics so far.

it didnt stay together long as i was to excited after 15 years of wanting another dx i have about 30 more pics throughout these stages hahhaha atleast ill have plenty to refer too when trying to piece nanas ke back together again

yea bud been outa pram for a while too ,does'nt feel like it living in melbourne sometimes tho bloody cold hole hahah good to know ive got a friendly kapiti local that knows his stuff on here for me to q about all my dx problems hahahah

yea i just been on here stalking every1s rides and getting a feel of where i wana go with it ,been on ae86dc too as I'm wanting to do suspension 1st as i got very carried away,

ive purchased tseries of mhmills and ae71 crossmember ,also front ae71 doors with wing mirrors and full set of tints all off of mhmills (hes becoming my go to man hahah)the t series was a series 1 tho from what ive read and had no swaybar brackets so i took it to mechanic and he welding the 1s off standard diff ,once that comes back ill send it off for paint and then start looking a bit harder into the suspension and get nanas ke back on its feet

 

few things painted waiting to go back in just gota figure out how to add photos again hahah

da mates doin swaybars and xmember this week and looking at gtn fuel lines acid dipped or just give thm a quik paint

recently purchased these goodies but still need new discs and pads for adm callipers(do normal pads fit these callipers?) ,don't know spring rate on coilovers either but should be ok to get me rolling anyways (at the front anyways) and got new frontend from nz few weeks back cost me bout 800 all up but so worth it ,slowly slowly but trying my best was never gonna be a fast build lol[
