It's_AUDM_Yo Posted May 6, 2012 Author Report Posted May 6, 2012 Cheers guys I'll give it a try tonight or tomorrow! Quote
It's_AUDM_Yo Posted May 6, 2012 Author Report Posted May 6, 2012 (edited) Ok so heres some pics of the car with the RA65 front end stuff So went from this to this to this! Although doesn't look like much of a difference in pics compared to real life :( So you do get a touch of camber with the RA65 with the KE55 arms. And heres a picture of the whole car this is running the stock KE70 springs up front so with the RA65 stuff it already drops it about 2-3inches. Edited May 20, 2012 by It's_AUDM_Yo Quote

Jono.C Posted May 20, 2012 Report Posted May 20, 2012 Why'd you go ke70 springs? Celica ones are stiffer Quote
It's_AUDM_Yo Posted May 20, 2012 Author Report Posted May 20, 2012 (edited) Why'd you go ke70 springs? Celica ones are stiffer Well I'm eventually going to go weld-on coilover. But the reason for putting the KE70 spring in the front for now. Is the RA65 spring was only a few mm of being double the size diameter of the KE70. And the strut towers are quiet small in KE70s. Thus I'm 99% they would hit/rub or not fit in at all. Edit: Although I am thinking I might give it a good measure when calipers get back from being rebuilt while I have the wheel off. B.L.Z.BUB Posted May 25, 2012 Report Posted May 25, 2012 (edited) What did the rebuild cost if you don't mind me asking? Deciding whether to run a kit through mine or get pro's to do it. Edited May 25, 2012 by B.L.Z.BUB Quote
It's_AUDM_Yo Posted May 25, 2012 Author Report Posted May 25, 2012 (edited) It was $189 which is a bit xxxx but its a brand new caliper (basically) afterwords. They are the most important safety feature of the car so that sort of swung me over to get it done properly. Edited May 25, 2012 by It's_AUDM_Yo Quote
