They are fed with 12v normally, just don't hold it on and heat up the coils.

14x7 +10, I really like the size. I have a pair of 165/65 R14 tyres but not sure how much stretch that will have......probably too much.

 

I intend to drive the car a lot once its rego'd (daily) so you'll certainly see it some time.

I run 165/70s on 13x7s (soon to be 165/55) and 175/60's on 14x7s

Both are a good fit. Type tire stretch into google and check out the site, you just input your wheel and tire specs and it shows up sample images
