Mechanics/Business To Suit K Motors

I'm always skeptical on who i take my car to, for the work i cannot do myself. I am new to the old school " k motors " and would like some directions on someone or business who are recognized or specialize in working on Carby motors. Please refrain from the " all mechanics can do it " yes i know they probably can, but there are people who know engines better than others.
